I think "handling" is just the fee that they charge for the box, bubble-wrap, and shipping-department payroll. Most places dont really charge a handling fee, or if they do they just sneek it in with the shipping fee (Shipping and Handling). Either way its a good price for a great router, and if you think of the $4 handling fee as shipping its still a good deal for UPS ground.

Haha, ecost is crazy like that. Good prices, and "free" shipping, but they charge you for handling. Only site I've ever heard of that makes a distinction between "shipping" and "handling".
