Bought a 40GB Toshiba 2.5" Slimline HDD for 199.00, one month later the price dropped to 165.00. Bought a Dell 4400 Dimension with ZIP for 809.00 in 2 weeks the price dropped to 709.00. Bought 256 MB DDRAM for 99.00 at Circuit City, 10 days later now i can get a 256 MB DDRAM for 69.00 OR a 512MB DDRAM for 140.00 from Googlegear.com. Bought a 16xDVD drive IDE for 70.00 from Staples, now 10 days later i can get a sony DVD drive for 48.00 from Googlegear.com. What a drag. Now I am planning to buy a DVD RW IDE, the lowest price i see is 419.00 (Pioneer) from Googlegear. Can a Spoofee member please help me find a better price or a better brand DVD RW IDE that i can look into. Appreciate your help.

there was a past deal from here look for the hp dvd+rw player its around 299

I totally feel you. What is going on. I purchased a 12X TDK CDRW for $100 and that was a REALLY HOT deal. Now.. you can get a 32x TDK for $70. Ridiculous.

Thats why you should buy with Blue, if the price drops in 60 days, they refund it for ya.

I once saw a computer ad that said, instead of "Prices subject to change without notice.", it said "Prices subject to DROP without notice." :D This was an old add; they can't say that now, because prices on certain items do go up from time to time (such as LCD monitors and memory-especially memory).

I heard Amex is stopping that as of either May 1st or June 1st. :(
