Just went to Circuit City and Total Recall was $9.99, same with Dave. Is there some special code or what to get them to $6.99?

Nope no special code, just looks like the deal may be dead already. The prices have changed. :(
 
i picked up a few titles at my local CC... but the target deal kind of stinks... all the movies they offer are in fullscreen only... no widescreen =(... 7 bux for total recall though =D
