Dyson vacuums are a complete rip off and waste of money. Consumer Reports consistently rates their performance lower than vacuums less than half Dyson's price. Kenmore, Hoover and Eureka all have models that score higher every time they're tested.

Is it really worth paying an extra $300 for a vacuum that "looks cool"?
