The Offer
Upon visiting sweetmoments.com, the customer may register to win a free video camera (make and model to be determined), a free movie ticket coupon (up to $12.00 value), a free concession cash coupon ($2.00 value), or a cents-off coupon for Entenmann’s product ($0.55 value).
No changes or substitutions are available for any items in the program.
Program Start and End
The program begins on May 04, 2008 and ends on July 26, 2008. Dates and length of program subject to change. All entries must be submitted online between 12:01 a.m. May 04, 2008 and 11:59 p.m. July 26, 2008, unless dates and length of program change, at which point the consumer shall be notified on sweetmoments.com. Submissions made before or after specified time and date range will not be accepted and the customer will not be notified.
Fraudulent submissions will be investigated and voided. In the event of fraud, abuse of privileges, or violation of the Program terms, the Company reserves the right to deny participation at any time and to pursue all available legal recourse.
Claiming the Reward
To claim the reward, the customer must enter his/her name, address, city, state, zip, and valid e-mail address.
Other Terms
This program and its offerings are void where prohibited, taxed or otherwise restricted.
The Summer Movie Moments prizes are available in limited quantity. All rewards are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value. We reserve the right to modify or cancel any reward at any time.
Merchandise will not be delivered to P.O., A.P.O. or F.P.O boxes. Deliveries made only in the 50 United States (not to Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands or other territories). Allow six (6) to eight (8) weeks for delivery. Participants take title to the reward merchandise upon shipment. Participants agree that Company will not be liable for any lost stolen or otherwise misplaced reward merchandise after shipment.
Summer Movie Moments prizes are not refundable, exchangeable, replaceable, redeemable or transferable for cash, credit, or other rewards under any circumstances. Prizes are provided on an “as is” basis. The Company makes no representation or warranty of any kind with respect to reward merchandise, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
All rewards merchandise redeemed from the Program are made pursuant to a shipment contract with a third-party shipping carrier. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.
Reward merchandise may not be returned or exchanged unless proven to be damaged or defective. Damaged or defective items must be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery. Products must be in their original packaging.
