Did anyone else try to take advantage of this deal. I sumitted my rebate form and I just logged on to the web-site envision.rebate.com. On the site it states that my rebate was received late. I checked my shipping info and know that I sent it out on 8/29/03. Is anyone else getting BS from the envision people. I have to date gotten every rebate posted on this site. This is the first time I am having trouble with a company. I want to know if anyone else had trouble before I start sending Emails and blasting the company. Thanks ...

If you write them nicely Im pretty sure they would give you your rebate. Usually they hire another company to do rebates, so it's not the envision people doing this.

Contact officedepot's customer support. The last time I had a rebate problem, they paid the rebate even though it was a mfr rebate. That's the short version of the story. Just contact them, they are usually quite willing to assist and have a pretty good rep in this regard.
