Go to www.esurance.com

A popup window will ask if you want to take their survey for $100 Amazon. I don't have time to do it right now, but thought someone out there might be able to.

That's a really generous offer, and I'm a little surprised to realize how much I DON'T want to participate in a 45-minute phone survey about car insurance. Yuck! :)

Here's the deal.......after calling esurance they said they don't know anything about this survey" and have no idea whats its about.
 
They just got back to me and said sorry about misinforming you but it is accurate and has to do with the marketing dept. So the survey is a go!
 
If selected, you will be contacted via telephone within the next few minutes with further details on how the telephone interview will be conducted. Due to large responses, not everyone will be able to participate. Only those contacted to complete the survey will receive the Amazon.com gift certificate.

Darn! It says the Screener is turned off! Does that mean it is all done?
 
No pop-up for me. I tried to refresh a billion times with no luck. Bummer
