Can someone please explain to me what that is exactly? Of course, if I don't know, I don't need it but I was confused!!!
 
Rapid Share is a upload service where you download stuff from. Most people are using it to download warez. Also, most of the files are split into 3 or 4 winrar files. You have to download them one at a time. After that you have to wait 80 mins before you can download the second file. But with a account you dont need to wait 80 mins.
