This is not free shipping. The reason for this is others are selling these item via Amazon. That's why it does not qualify for the FREE shipping.

You can get the free shipping and the direct-from-Amazon service by clicking on Amazon as the vendor over on the right side of the page. But, the pricing has gone up from what was originally posted here. I think the better deal is to buy from Eek Technology and then just bite the bullet on the shipping.

It's a pretty darn good deal. I pay these prices for 3rd party ink cartridges and not genuine Canon.
