Smidge, put in the first number that starts with a 0. That is the UPC code. It is the first number that glitter put down. include the dashes on this one. When it accepts that number it will ask you to enter the codes on the bottles of oil. That is the next 5 that Glitter put down. They all start with the letters KCA and do not contain dashes. Hope that helps.
