7.5 -- women's sizes for shoes are 1.5 less than mens in the US (if you were in Korea, your shoe size would be 254!)

Now the question is, why the discrepancy?

Looks like you can still get the shoes free but have to pay $6.99 shipping.
 
Code worked for me yesterday but order is on "hold for approval". I used the bill me later option and my order total was $0.00. No tax and no shipping charges.
 
Just got an e-mail stating that my order was confirmed and that it will ship soon. Balance is still $0.00.
