Small trick I found. You can buy a $200 Gift Card, Earn the $20 Credit.
Then you can buy another $200 Gift Card and apply the $20 Credit you just earned.
This way, you don't have to hold onto that much credit.

Of course, the downside to that is that you'll only earn $18 on the 2nd $200 gift card.
