I think I got in on this--put it on my list, anyway. Now I see not many did. However, tonight I actually had a phone call from them. The person could not pronounce my name--I know it's very unusual, no one ever heard of it, etc.,--Patricia--so that may be a tip-off to how great they will repair your computer. Anyway, she told me that you can go to their site for info, and that I am supposed to be getting a $10 Amazon gift card. So, we'll see.

hmmmm...I never give out my home phone number, so I wonder if the only people that will get this are the ones that they can verify by calling them.

I got a call from them today and it was very strange- no mention of gift card- hum???
 
I called them yesterday, and they said my Amazon card was mailed on Oct. 6th. They also gave me the code number. I'm going to wait a few days for the actual card, but they did say they all went out on Oct. 6th. So, we'll see if anything really comes.
 
Well, as expected, the card never came. I had called them back and they gave me a code # on the phone. When I went to use it last night, it didn't work. I called them again today, and instead of calling me, they sent me a ridiculous e-mail claiming I had used it already, etc., and was trying to get another code, etc. They tried to make it sound like they actually had a Legal Dept. What a joke. This place is probably a one- or two-person office. I'm sure no one got a $10 Amazon code which was valid and they're just trying to cover their behinds as people are calling and complaining. Really bad company.
