To request your $20 ethanol voucher, please complete and submit the form here no later than August 31, 2006.

Licensed drivers from Kansas, Illinois, Texas, Colorado, Missouri, Wisconsin, North Dakota, Iowa, Minnesota and Nebraska are eligible to receive an ethanol voucher.

Only one voucher per household will be mailed. Vouchers will be mailed starting April 1, 2006

They are all in the Dakotas, so you'd have to be "going" there for this to be a good deal for you. I've always wanted to go there actually, but I don't think this deal is gonna be for me.

The vouchers may be used toward any one-time purchase of any ethanol-related fuel at participating retailers in South Dakota that display the following logo in coordination with the words “$20 Bucks for the Road;”:

The participant will be required to present their driver’s license and sign a statement on the voucher that certifies they are the original recipient of the voucher (name on driver license should match name printed on address label on the actual voucher). Vouchers are limited to one per household. Total Value: $20
