Dead.... temporarily?

I don't know if anyone else received an e-mail from the "fan club," but I did and they said that due to the overwhelming response to their fan club that their website crashed and they lost their database. They are trying to work on getting the information back but think it may be lost for good.

My question is, how did they get my e-mail address, then, to e-mail me about the problem???

Anyway, hope this helps anyone who may have signed up and finds they don't receive their free gift(s).
 
oh man i got to this post too late. I have been waiting and waiting for the "difficulties" to clear up, now i can't get that cute baby set. WAAAA!!!!! :cry: LOL
 
mommy-of-2, i got this for my grandson, but my daughter is pretty picky what she will let him wear. if she does not want it i'll be more than happy to send it to you. when i get it i'll let you know.

I contacted them directly and they said their database crashed and although they were able to retain some e-mail addresses, all of the mailing addresses and sizes, etc were all mixed up and they have no idea what goes with who. They said that they hope to try and get the problem fixed and be able to offer the promotion again in the near future.

They said IF and/or when they get the site back up everyone will need to re-register so to just keep checking back.

They also said they have received some really nasty e-mails from people who are mad that the site crashed. The way I look at it is there is no reason to get mad, I mean it was a freebie... and lots of freebies fall through!! ;)

Anyway, hope this helps those who were wondering.
