FYI: It also says that starting August 1st, they will be offering samples of their new matte foundation as well. I have tried it and it works really well.

I believe this may be the same item they were giving away at Sephora, the Bare Escentuals store and Sephora inside JC Penney over the past year. I got a few of them, but haven't tried it yet. These are only samples--and the brush is very small--if this is the same thing I got. Came in a little cellophane envelope. Looks so nice, but I'm glad I got some for free!

Here's one example, but not all JC Penney stores have a Sephora (and this one says "matte"):
