This phone is great if you have a VOIP phone service like Vonage or SunRocket. They usually give you voicemail service, which means you don't need answering machines anymore.

I'm using this phone with my VOIP service, and it works great. It's a great value, had good clarity, and very decent range.

Ordered it on-line then picked up at local Bestbuy.
It took them almost 15 min to find the phone (although I received pick-up notice in E-mail).
I left store in hurry because I had to go meet someone.
What I found out later was even worse, the phone they gave me was open box.
It wasn't packed well. Manual was missing. The phone was not even packed in a bag (the bag was at the bottom of the box).

I'm verry disapointed by my local BestBuy.

You should have checked it before you left the store. It's a shame that these places don't take ownership of their stuff.
