(Expired) Greeting Card Factory Deluxe 4.0 Shipped Free After Rebates

Careful...from what I read on the .pdf rebate (the $25 one), it says that "Redemption of this rebate request voids any on-box rebate."

I assume that means the $20 on-box rebate would then be invalid...

Unless I'm missing something.

Both of the rebates require the original UPC bar code. I emailed Buy.com for this. Now, await for the reply.

Also, the rebate in the box I received is only for $15. The rebates do not add up to $45 (or Free after rebate). Is there another rebate form on the box or inside the box which is for $20??

I also emailed buy.com about the original upc code needed for both rebates, and still haven't gotten a response.

I'd like to know what you find out... adding this one to my watched threads :) Thanks!

My on box rebate form shows $20.

Buy.com has not reply my inquiry yet. Only got an email saying the typical respond that the issue has been escalated. The 30 day is closing up (rebate must submit within 30 days after the purchase day...) and I'm getting desperate. Buy.com is a suck online store, really. I probably shouldn't have jump into this deal at the first place...

My on box rebate was $20 also. I also got a reply saying it was getting escalated. Whoopee, alot of help that is when we have a time limit.

I figured out that I was looking at the wrong rebate
form (the one inside the box that you buy more stuff
from Avery and get $15).
I finally saw the $20 sticker on the box.

Anywary, for the UPC code, here is the email
reply I got from buy.com: (And I got my reply
pretty quick, < 24hrs.)

So, it is turning out to be free then? Just want to make sure before I order... is there even still time?

2. Rebate Price : -$25.00 (exp 3/26/06)

One of the rebates is expired so it's no longer free.

They say they are stating the $25 rebate form, but what they are saying is on it is wrong. My $25 rebate specifically indicates to send the UPC barcode from the bottom of the box. So does the $20 sticker rebate. There is no mention of proof of purchase. I am emailing them one more time.

It is too late to get this for free by the way. The one rebate ended for purchases March 26.

The is the reply from buy.com:

This is to inform you that you can apply for the rebate as per the
instructions provided to you, however, if your rebate is denied for any
such reason, please let us know and we will honor the rebate.

Sincerely,

Has anyone received the refund? I have yet to get it. I will be emailing buy.com soon.
