JCPenney is offering a coupon giid for $24.99 off of a $25 Purchase for those who sign up for JCPenney Rewards on Saturday July 22, 2023 Only. All coupons will be valid for one week from issue - July 24-31, 2023.

To receive this "Power of a Penny" reward, simply sign up for the rewards program (free to join) on July 22nd.
You will then receive a coupon on July 24
If you are already a rewards member, you will receive an opt-in email on July 22 to receive the coupon on July 24
You can use this coupon anytime from July 24 through July 31
