I put in my birth date then the webpage loaded up. Then there was a box it there wasn't anything in the box. I clicked on the tabs and the samething nothing but a grey box.
 
iT JUST TOOK MY INFO, BUT DID NOT CONFIRM GIFT. hOPE IT COMES. aND yES i AM GOING TO HAVE TO TRY PRAMA. dOES LOOK YUMMY!

i just filled it out and it went through......you just have to wait for the gray screen to go away and load....

When you get to the page to sign up it reads "All supplies depleted but if you still wish to join our mailing list, click here" or something close to that! So it does appear to be over:(
