That is crazy! I got the same email. You would think they would be a reputable company and honor the deal. They sent confirmation emails and everything! :(

If they post it at that price they should make good on it.I would complainThats misrepresenting prices,even if it was an error.
 
I did call and argue this profusely...I EVEN had a screen shot of the date and time of the purchase. I was told the CEO of See's said NO to everyone sold!! This is total BS!:mmph: :mad:

If it was a store and they posted a price and didn't honor it that'd be misrepresentation,especially after the purchase was made.pfft
 
Stores are not responsible for online typos. They don't have control over who does their websites.
 
They should

They should,they hired them just like an employee they hire to put the signs up.At least they could offer something to make it up to them.
 
I think they should honor it, ebay would make sellers honor their typos!
Only a small mom and pops online store like mine perhaps couldnt handle the loss of money from such a mistake, but then Im smaller business and would have caught an error on first order and honored that one. Im sure a giant candy store could have just written it off as promo or advertising easily and made everyone happy.

ha ha i like the screenshot. But many companies do have typos and then dont honor it!! Plus that whole order had a lot of typos!!! It said 3lb 15oz Box in the description and then it also said 1lb box???? My 5 orders were cancelled as well!! Really sad I was looking forward to some good chocolates, really cheap!!!
 
it does says Holiday special LOL

I figured it was about to expire so they were just getting rid of it all before the new year
