I did a search on this and though there is a sample from stretch island fruit, it isn't the same offer. The other sample is limited to 50 a day and this is for whoever has the code.

I have gotten the sample for this before and it is really good, too bad i can't find it in the store, and too bad they do not let you choose the flavor you receive

There available ALL OVER THE US!!!
Grocery stores (I shop at Giant Eagle and they carry it!) also try health food stores!! That's where I used to have to get them!!
