It is working NOW

I ordered my 8x10 & picked it up today. On another site-it is valid today, tomorrow & Wednesday.

Oh, cool! I just double checked my paper and it says "WEDNESDAY, MAY 7th ONLY" in bold,inch high type!! Good to know we can sneak in earlier~thank you!!!:claps:
 
WOW..I just picked mine up from the store and the guy was SOOO rude!!! :mmph: He looked at it, scoffed and said quietly to the guy next to him "she used the coupon thing online, when it said right there 'Wednesday only'." I apologized and said a friend told me about it and it didn't know and he said "oh..that's fine" though clearly it WASN'T!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow, what a jerk... I'd have asked for the manager. These coupons are given out to muster up business. ie: you get used to picking up pictures from them and you're more likely to send in your regular pics to them. This guy should be just as polite to someone using a coupon as he would to a paying customer.

I've used probably 3 of these freebie offers and the same guy is always working and he's always very polite.

Actually, I was a paying customer--barely! I happened to need a 4x6, too so I paid 18 cents, plus tax :) I have thought about calling and complaining, but really, I wish I would have given him a piece of my mind right there and then!! The other times I have gotten the free offers, the people were nice.
 
I have gotten several free pix offers from Walgreens in the last 4 months or so. When I go in, I tell them it is an internet order. When they see the $0.00cost, I explain that I am (which I am) on Walgreens email list, and that is why the picture(s) is free. Then it still takes them a couple of minutes to figure out what to do-so I tell them they still need to scan it. Then they give me a reciept, and I leave. I have helped train most of the clerks at my local store!! So I figure I'm training them in exchange for the free pix. Maybe someday I'll walk in & they will know what to do without me helping them! But they are very nice usually. :)

PS-Is there any place I can download these smilies onto my computer to use them in my personal emails? I just luv these guys!!!!:claps:

Impressive shipping!

I ordered my free 8 x 10 close to noon on Wednesday and opted to have it mailed to me for 99 cents because I like the Matte finish and they only do Matte on mail orders, not in store.

I RECEIVED MY BEAUTIFUL PRINT IN TODAY'S MAIL!! Just regular first class mail in just about 48 hours from placing the order. Not sure who to applaud, Walgreen's or the Postal service, but I will remember that when I go to order more photos.:claps:
