The special depended on how many people had already ordered as to how much of a discount you got. Only the first 2000 got it for 2.99 then 2001-4000 can order it for 4.99 and 4001+ for 7.99.
Still 4.99 if half of what you pay in store plus free shipping!!

That's pretty weak! It'll be cheaper buying it off eBay then.

Yes, thanks for posting it, that card reader is wonderful too & few ordered, so cheaper price.
