Just got this email:

My email gave me a code to use if I chose to only order the lip balm. It did take the $4 price off. Also the email said if I chose to only order the lip balm, the shipping will be waived. I found that part at the very end of the email. I placed the balm in my cart, used the code and everything was waived. I got a confirmation email saying it was shipped. No billing info was needed. Worked perfectly for me.

Gee, I'm a goof. I never read farther than the $5 shipping. Thank you kpm! Sorry for the misinformation.
