(Fixed) Pictures and smilies in groups

Just wondering how I would enable pictures and smilies in a social group? Also spoofee posted a picture of his dog, how did he do that? I have everything enabled in my group right now, but none of the code is working, quotes, images, smilies, etc, none of it works, any help?
