I put in a single code
When I hit continue it went to a page that said thank you you can close this page
I went back to the original link
I entered the email address again
I entered another code - it showed 2 codes entered
I repeated this 3 more times
No emailed Amazon reward yet
But it is reported that the GC will not come until on or around Dec. 31
