My answers were I used a professional tax service, H & R Block, & then when it asked if I recieved a prepaid Mastercard from H & R Block I answered no and that did it for me! :doh:

Went all the way. Wanted a ton of answers to a card h&r gave for service. At the end ask for address and said to close window.
 
i got DQ after i answered i didn't get a mastercard from H&R Block when i got my taxes done..
 
I followed everyone's queues and made it thru! Thanks everyone! :claps:
 
I answered the questions as above got lots on H R and got the $10 just wait for the mail person now
