free 20 minutes international call

i had replied to this earlier warning everyone about the hidden charges in the "terms and conditions" section. I don't know what happened to my post so i'll write it again.

it says "As soon as your call is connected to a phone number provided by Rebtel, the call may be charged by your provider, regardless of whether you are connected to a receiver of the call (e.g. even if the line is busy).

Don't know how "free" this really is...
 
enjoy 20 free minutes and u don't need to pay n e thing by using free minutes
