Apple was caught throttling iPhones with aging batteries. Apple is giving back $25 if you are or were a U.S. owner of an iPhone 6, 6 Plus, 6s, 6s Plus, and/or SE device that ran iOS 10.2.1 or later before December 21, 2017, and/or a U.S. owner of an iPhone 7 or 7 Plus device that ran iOS 11.2 or later before December 21, 2017.

Step 1
Must've had the following
* iPhone 6, 6 Plus, 6s, 6s Plus, SE
* iPhone 7 or 7 Plus
* Must be in the US
* Must be owner before 12/21/2017

Step 2
Go to the settlement page

Step 3
Submit a Claim Form Online

Step 4
You need to enter your Apple ID or the serial number for the device

How are people supposed to have a serial number if they upgraded since then to a other phone.

The search function on their form worked great and found my serial number

just enter in your apple id and it finds the serial no. for you automatically

I did get confirmation, one claim per phone.

Search didn’t work for the wife, but did work for me.

This isn't free money. Apple builds this back into the cost of your next iphone or Apple product. What Apple did was wrong, but, do not for a second think this is 'free' money.

Do they know if my phone was owned after 12/21/2017 cuz it didn’t work for me
