The only thing I noticed... on the main page I think it says the offer's good untill May 31st, then after you fill out the info it says it take 4-6 weeks to get to you. Yikes, that'll be after May 31st! Hopefully the coupon's date is after that!

If you logoff the coffee-mate site and then use a different email address it should let you do it again. That worked for me.
