Joyce i didn't see the survey.Did i do something wrong?I have clicked the link you have posted 3 times and still no survey shows up.:(

Hey! :) Try using another browser, it comes up as a pop-up. Also, turn off your pop-up blocker, if it's on. :wave:

It d'qed me when I was asked whether I had favorable opinions about other medications.
 
I DQ'd - probably use other meds that compete too closely along with this...
 
i got through the survey just fine and it asked for my address and other info!

I didnt qualify since I dont use prescribed
medications & use only OTC medications.:(
 
I clicked on the survey link and got a pop up that said survey would load, not to close window. I waited and waited and waited....and the survey never appeared. Now when I go the survey link dosn't pop up, even after deleting cookies...

Didn't qualify :(.

To get the survey to load I had to close the nasonex window/screen. A few seconds after I closed that the survey loaded in the other screen.
