Gift Card Giveaway Terms and Conditions
1. This Gift Card Giveaway is open only to registered members of the following websites: MySears.com, MyKmart.com, Sears.com and/or Kmart.com (collectively, "Website").
2. Website will send a promotional Sears or Kmart Gift Card (in Sponsor discretion) with a value of $5 via email to each registered member who writes five (5) Qualifying Reviews (as defined in Section 3 below) on the Website during the Giveaway Term (as defined in Section 4 below).GIFT CARD RESTRICTIONS MAY APPLY.
3. A "Qualifying Review" must meet all of the following requirements:
* Each review must be of a product included in the product catalog located on one or more of the following websites:

* Each review is subject to editorial review by Website employees/representatives;
* If the product is being reviewed for the first time, all review fields marked as mandatory on the Website must be completed;
* The content of each review must be relevant to the product being reviewed;
* Each review must not contain profanity, non-family-friendly content, derogatory, or other inappropriate content;
* Each review must be original content and uniquely created for the Website, cannot be copied from any other online source, and must not infringe the copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other personal or proprietary rights of any person or entity; and
* Each review must contain a minimum of 250 characters (approximately 45 words).
4. Giveaway Term: This Gift Card Giveaway begins at 12:01 AM Central Time (CT) on September 7, 2010. This Gift Card Giveway will end on the earlier of (a) 11:59 PM CT on October 12, 2010 (the "End Date") OR (b) when the Website supply of promotional Sears/Kmart Gift Cards has been distributed. If the supply of promotional Sears/Kmart Gift Cards is distributed prior to the End Date, a statement announcing that fact will be placed on the Website.
5. Website is not responsible for any printing, typographical, mechanical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Gift Card Giveaway or in the distribution of the Gift Cards.
6. Website reserves the right in its sole and unfettered discretion to disqualify any review that it believes violates or potentially violates any of the foregoing requirements or otherwise fails to comply with any provision of these terms and conditions or the Website terms of service or the Website terms of use. The decision of the Website on this and all matters pertaining to the Gift Card Giveaway shall be final and binding.
7. An entrant may be prohibited from participating in this Gift Card Giveaway if, in the Website sole discretion, it reasonably believes that the entrant has attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of this Gift Card Giveaway by cheating, deception, or other unfair practices or annoys, abuses, threatens or harasses any other entrants, the Website or associated agencies or entities.
8. Website is not responsible for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission. Website is not responsible for theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of review materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions or limitations of any kind. Website is not responsible for inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive entry information by Website on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof, except to the extent that any death or personal injury is caused by the negligence of the Website. If for any reason the Internet portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, disruption or termination of the Website for any reason or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Gift Card Giveaway, Website reserves the right at its sole discretion to immediately cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Gift Card Giveaway. Website reserves the right to select winners from eligible entries received as of the termination date. Website further reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. Kmart Online Shopping for home accessories, TVs, clothing, and more (collectively, "Website"), log into the Website (existing users) or follow the onscreen instructions to become a registered user of the Website (new users), and submit at least six (6) Qualifying Product Reviews (as defined below) during the Contest Period. The Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") begins at 12:01 AM Central Time on September 7, 2010 and ends at 11:59 PM Central Time on October 12, 2010 ("Sweepstakes Period"). Each subsequent Qualifying Product Review submitted by an entrant during the Contest Period will result in an additional entry into the Sweepstakes. For example, the submission of seven (7) Qualifying Product Reviews during the Contest Period will result in two (2) Sweepstakes entries. Not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, illegible or incomplete entries, all of which are void.

Kmart Online Shopping for home accessories, TVs, clothing, and more (B) contain only content that is relevant to the product being reviewed; (C) not contain profane, obscene, lewd, defamatory, disparaging, non-family-friendly, or other inappropriate content as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; (D) include only original content that has been uniquely created for Sponsor, has not been copied from any other online source, and does not infringe the copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other personal or proprietary rights of any person or entity; (E) be of a product included in the Website product catalog; (F) be subject to editorial review by Sponsor representatives; (G) include relevant content for all review fields marked as mandatory on the Website; (H) once published, must not be made private or deleted during the Sweepstakes Period; (H) meet the Websites technical requirements for uploading; and (J) must be at least 250 characters (about 45 words) in length.
In the event of dispute over the identity of a potential winner, online entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry, and the potential winner may be required to provide identification sufficient to show that he/she is the authorized account holder of the email address submitted upon entry. "Authorized account holder" is the natural person who is assigned to an email address by the Internet Access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses.
Proof of emailing does not constitute proof of delivery or entry. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned to entrant. Every entry submission must be manually keystroked and/or manually entered by the individual entrant. 1. ELIGIBILITY:Open to legal U.S. residents who are (a) 18 years of age or older, excluding employees of Sears Holdings Management Corporation, its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, related companies and advertising and promotion agencies, and the families and/or household members of each of the above, and (b) registered users of the Website.
2. DRAWING: On or about October 15, 2010, one (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The drawing will be conducted by a representative or designee of Sponsor, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.Winner does not need to be present at time of drawings; they will be contacted by email, telephone and/or mail in Sponsor sole discretion.
3. PRIZES There will be one (1) prize, consisting of a $500 Sears gift card or Kmart gift card (as selected by winner). Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of Prize: $500. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received. Limit one Prize per household. Prizes won by minors will be awarded in minor name to a parent or legal guardian, who will be required to sign all required documents.
4. PRIZE ACCEPTANCE: By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final in all respects. Prizes are not transferable. Taxes on Prizes are sole responsibility of winner. No Prize substitutions or cash redemptions allowed except by Sponsor, who may substitute a Prize of equal or greater value if advertised Prize becomes unavailable. Winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility/release of liability and publicity (where permitted) within a time period designated by Sponsor, or Prize may be forfeited. If potential Winner cannot be reached, if he/she is found to ineligible, if he/she cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, or if his/her prize or prize notification or any prize correspondence is returned as undeliverable, potential Winner may be disqualified and an alternate may be selected from the remaining eligible entries at Sponsorssole discretion. By accepting Prize, winner consents to use of name and likeness for advertising purposes worldwide without limitation and without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. By accepting prize, winner further agrees to release Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, related companies and advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any and all liability, loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with their participation in this Sweepstakes or with respect to awarding, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of any Prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the announcement of any prize or of the promotion.

INTERNET: By participating, entrants hereby agree that Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible, misplaced or misdirected email entries or faulty transmissions, technical computer hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or interrupted or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled, misrouted, scrambled or delayed computer transmission or other errors or problems of any kind, whether mechanical, human, electronic or otherwise, which may limit a user's ability to participate in the Sweepstakes. Entrants further agree that Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or for any faulty, failed, garbled or jumbled electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this Sweepstakes; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Sweepstakes; or, (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination thereof; (e) any injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Sweepstakes or download any materials in the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor reserves the right to (1) disqualify any entrant and void any entries of an entrant who has engaged in unsportsmanlike conduct, fraud or other misconduct relative to this Sweepstakes or otherwise attempted to tamper with or impair the Sweepstakes, and to (2) cancel, modify, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes if, in Sponsor's sole opinion, technical failures, applicable laws or regulations, virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control destroys the integrity of the Sweepstakes or otherwise corrupts or impairs the administration, security, legality, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes or any part thereof.
Sponsor also reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or the website, or to be acting in any manner Sponsor deems to be in violation of the Official Rules or disruptive, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include without limitation, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, violation of applicable law or regulation or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part.
