Keeping my fingers crossed.

I got one. Then I went to tell a co-worker right away. When he went to order his it said $62.00.

When I went to verify my order I receive a message that I have no orders. I did receive an e-mail confirmation of my order so I think I'll still receive mine although I did see this note on the bottom of my confirmation e-mail.

I doubt we'll recieve the card... I went to check my order status and it doesn't show up on the web page so I do believe its canceled :(
 
I don't understand why people still get all excited over these *obvious* price mistakes. You'd think it was still 1997 when a few early internet retail pioneers got screwed on price mistakes such as these. Those days are looooooooooooooooooooong over, folks, ALL the major players have and play the "we reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason" game.

I gave up on these price mistakes long ago, that game is over. When I saw this deal, I yawned and moved on. Nope, not even worth the 5 minutes of my time to attempt it.

You should always try. Just in case it isn't a mistake, or they do honor their mistake. I had a friend who went to bat for himself and me. We got our $120.00 product for the advertised $20.00 price.

Maybe? Maybe Not!

I put one of these in my basket along with eight other items I wanted. Then I got sidetracked. An hour or two later I got back to ordering, but, when I clicked on the item in my basket, it took me to a page that showed the raised price. I went back to my basket, and it still had the old price. So, I finalized my order and paid. My order showed in the system about ten minutes later, but has been on hold pending manager review ever since. I also noticed this evening that the link from my order status page has been removed for this item. The item and its page seem to have disappeared into oblivion. Time will tell if I get my entire order or if it shows up less one awsomed-priced item!!! LOL

I've heard some complaints for I Rocks Technology Silver Optical Mouse $14.99 - $14.99 Rebate. People will have to wait months and probably get nothing from the unknown company. just FYI
 
Order probably cancelled

I ordered the 1GB SECURE DIGITAL FLASH right away (about 7:30 AM on 4/6/05) along with the 11-in-1 Card Reader USB 2.0. The order went throughfor the low price, along with an email from Ecost confirming my order. Now today I check the order status, and the status on both is "Discontinued". I think I will get nothing, and I think they never put the charge through to my credit card (which I will have to keep an eye on). Too bad, but was worth a try.
 
All Orders Cancelled

I just spoke with Ecost this morning (04-08-2005) and they stated "There was a glitch in the system on the pricing of the flash card, so all ordered were cancelled". Frustrating! :(
 
I'm done with eCost!!!

Those dirt bags! After two days of being on hold, they not only canceled my order for the SD card, they canceled my entire order!!! I had eight other items on the order for about $135 in extra sales. Bad move, eCost; you just lost one good customer!!! :thumbs_do
