got mine a few days ago, no envelope to send money in as mentioned above though. I've emailed them. Thank u for the post!
 
Last free thing I got from this place, I ended up getting a visit from a local church. I don't want to step on any toes, but thought I'd just give a heads up. The church meets on SATURDAYS if it matters.
