Is the $165 rebate for previous owners? The rebate won't pull up at all.

Yes I believe it is only for previous owners. For some reason it is not showing up on the website yet.

Should also have an $30 update rebate in the box. Visit a thrift shop & just buy one of their old qualifying product manuals & mail in the first page.

I just got it. The rebate form prints at the register and is NOT for previous owners!! :claps:

The rebate isn't in the box. You need to go to http://www.peachtree.com/rebate or call (770) 724-4577.

Before you send everything in, be sure you include the 8-digit serial number from the back of the CD. I sent the UPC and the receipt and forgot the serial. This error has considerably delayed my rebate!

If you can't afford to purchase the tax tables from Peachtree (about $200), then you need to input the tax tables manually. I've gotten some of the ones so far, but still haven't had the time to figure out all of them, especially FIT 05 (federal income tax for 2005). For your enjoyment are the following federal ones that will not change from any business or any state:

FICA EE 05 (Federal Insurance Contributions Act)
PERCENT=6.20;
TAXABLE_GROSS = YTD_LIMIT (ADJUSTED_GROSS, 90000);
ANSWER = -TAXABLE_GROSS * PERCENT%

FICA ER 05 (Federal Insurance Contributions Act)
PERCENT=6.20;
TAXABLE_GROSS = YTD_LIMIT (ADJUSTED_GROSS, 90000);
ANSWER = -TAXABLE_GROSS * PERCENT%

MEDICARE 05 (Federal – discounted on both EmployEE and EmployER)
PERCENT=1.45;
TAXABLE_GROSS = ADJUSTED_GROSS;

FUTA ER 05 (Federal unemployment tax)
PERCENT=6.20;
