It looks like you need a 9 digit number found on the mailing label. It is probably a "Your Mileage May Vary" freebie.

Thanks, Mainebear!! :bigok:

The army is pretty good about sending everything you request!!

We appreciate your interest, and we're happy to provide you with more details about the many opportunities in the U.S. Army. You'll receive the information you requested soon.

I'm not trying to be a pain here really... but my husband is an Army Recruiter, and I'm just asking people to please not request freebies from the military offers unless you or someone you know is interested in join the military. It's a really hard job and we shouldn't waist their time (they'll probably call you, or make a house call) just to get a freebie.

This is a very valid point. But you have have opened the "freebies ethics" discussion here.

As far as the Army stuff, I'm too old to interest Army recruiters BUT if I were able to get, let's say, an Army T-shirt, I would be proud to wear it to show my support.

There are other ways to get free Army t-shirts if you're not interested in joining, then requesting them from busy recruiters. You could request a free t-shirt from any stand they have set up, maybe at a fair or something, tell them you want to show your support for the Army... they'll probably give you one. I have no issue with that. Or mention that when requesting one from one of the offers, just don't waist there time... that's all I'm asking.
