I am not sure about the $60 in checks towards formula but the diaper bag and samples is something you only get if the hospital where your baby is going to be born participates in this program. You only get it after you have the baby. I got one with my first child.

We also got a very nice FREE diaper bag when we had our child in the hospital, but I thought it was provided by the hospital and didn't think it was from Enfamil eventhough I've registered to get a bag from them prior to my son's birth, and never in fact got it.

I registered with Similac and Enfamil when I was pregnant, and got 2 diaper bags, plus formula, diapers and bottles from the hospital.
