I had a problem with it saying invalid password. so then i just clicked "Been here before? Log in" and tried my shot at logging in. apparantly i had signed up with purina for something different some time ago. so if ur having password issues, try logging in. you could've possibly forgotten that you've already signed up previously.
 
had the same password issues. tried another one went through just fine.
 
I kept getting the password error when I used the link you provided, but then I tried going through the main page and clicking on the "get free coupon" link at the bottom of the page and it went right through.

Thanks! We recently bought a self cleaning litter box, I'll have to check and see if this'll work with it. If not I'll just donate it to an animal shelter. :)
 
had the password issue here as well and just entered a different password and it went thru!
 
tried several more times, with different passwords, no luck. First time just tried logging in as return visit no luck. Guess I'm not supposed to have kitty litter.

If you have password issues it is because you are already signed up with them . log in and if you use a wrong password the will e-mail you your correct password. It will then go in fine.
