Found this on the Target.com site. Looks like you don't have to buy anything, you just need to create a registry.

Register for $300 or more in Kitchen Essentials from Calphalon cookware, bakeware, cutlery or kitchen accessories. Receive a coupon for a FREE Kitchen Essentials from Calphalon Pizza Pan redeemable at a Target Store near you.

Offer applies to qualifying registries based on merchandise subtotal. Pizza Pan gift offer valid only for wedding dates after 7/1/2006. Qualifying registries must be created through Target Club Wedd registry system (in-store or online) by 1/31/2007. LIMIT: One Pizza Pan gift per registrant or couple. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of coupon following our receipt and verification of eligibility. Anybody sign up for this and have any luck? I thought I followed directions for registering, but haven't heard anything yet.
 
Link to create a registry. Hopefully, they will send an an email about the offer.
 
This is a repeat - it was posted a while ago. I got the coupon in the mail approx. 2 weeks ago
 
I actually got my 'coupon' for the pan and ran to Target. Nice pan, worked like a charm!;)

First locate a store near you by zip code. Register $500.00 worth of Calphalon and make note of the Registry number when you are finished. You can "edit" your registry and the number should be at the top.
Then fill out the form for the registry offer.

The link for the pizza pan doesn't seem to work (not the Spoofee one, the Target one)... I tried signing up on the regular site, nothing about the pizza pan.

BTW, got an email from Calphalon re the jelly roll pan: "Your gift is on its way". Thanks, Muff! Note that if someone (nice hubby for anniversary? - wish I had one!) were to actually purchase the $500 worth of Calphalon you get another nice gift!
 
question about target registry

had no luck previously with getting email about receiving pizza pan. now, i am trying to register for jelly roll pan. going through Target registry, am having no luck finding any qualifying products to register for. Everything seems to be Kitchen Essentials and offer states: "Offer not valid on Kitchen Essentials® from Calphalon® or Cooking with Calphalon™ purchases." Anyone register through Target with luck and if so....what the heck did you register for? thanks!

I do not believe you can register at Target for the jellyroll pan. These are 2 different offers. Target=Pizza Pan and muff's link=jellyroll (I didn't see target listed as a 'qualifying' registry for that. Did you confuse the two offers?)

Did you receive it in the mail, or email? If it was a printable coupon, I'm hoping I didn't overlook it...
