Has only been about four weeks so we are still in the 6-8 week window that they indicated for us to receive it. Hope still looms!!
 
No mug yet, but not getting emails from them with other "speical free" offers...basically once you click the link, it take you to free offer but in the fine print, it's one of those "you much complete 2 of our advertizers offers and make a purchase" and then you get the 'free' item. (Basically spam.)
