At 3:30am (CT) this morning, I was able to use the code and was "this close" to getting the download. However, since I was new to the site (which is UK-based), it asked me to create an ID. And in doing so, I needed a European address as a home address. "USA or United States" wasn't on the option of countries to choose from. So, I stopped and closed down that IE browser session.

i used my address but uk as the country and I was in and got my download and password
