My printer wouldn't print the coupon either! I emailed them last night and told them and this is what I got:
Hello Sharon,

Thank you for contacting the Ross Products Division of Abbott.

We appreciate your interest in our Ensure(R) products and apologize for
the difficulties you experienced printing the Ensure coupons.

We will be happy to send you the coupons via US mail. Please allow 2
weeks for delivery.

I have a Dell All In One 922 and mine printed...it's 2 coupons, 1 for up to $1.85 off one ensur single bottle, multi pack, or 32oz bottle and 1 for $1.25 off one ensure multipack or 32 oz bottle.

I wish my printer worked

unless in great hurry, i prefer getting it via mail instead of installing the software - more often than not, the site does not print the coupon

Just keep saying "no" to the installation popup - and after 1-2 tries, it should show the link to get the coupon by usps mail.
