Strange words "up to". Does that mean you might just get one?
I'll pass (but not discouraging others). I generally pass on most SASE unless it's a major company name (too many in past never arrived plus yes you can trade cut from envelopes uncancelled stamps @ the post office for new postage & some do have 'phony' offers in order to do that; not saying this thread is/isn't a good/bad offer).

We're getting a lot of letters with no return envelopes in them, just empty letters addressed to us. SASE refers to a self addressed stamped envelope. Preparing a SASE requires 2 envelopes, legal or letter size work great. The first envelope is addressed to yourself and place at least 1 first class stamp on it. Fold this envelope into thirds and place inside another envelope that is addressed to Street Signs USA. When we open your letter, the inside envelope should be addressed to you and have at least 1 first class stamp on it.

Occasionally we send out large envelopes/boxes to schools, police, firemen, EMT, US military, pro-American rallies, and other organizations (over 425 boxes and envelopes sent). We've been sending out free decals since 1 week after September 11th, 2001 and are extending this promotion of free flag decals to the life of this website. As long as this website operates we will send out these free decals. September 11th represents an important date for us, we remember and honor those lost. It's also the time that we became stronger as a nation, renewed by a strong spirit of national pride and unity. We will never forget and we understand that "freedom is not free".
