Free Flu Ends with U Bandages & Stickers - Email Request

Ok for us people who have no idea what they r doing, how do i email them this. After i type it all in, it says cant download 2 my pc??
 
I only get a blank page when I click the link so I think it has something to do with being a pdf file. Check to make sure you have a pdf reader installed.
