3. Click "Book Now"
4. Enter your details
5. Tick the box next to "Sign up to receive news and offers from AMF Bowling and receive a free game voucher!"
6. You will receive your free voucher by email immediately, then your booking is confirmed in a few hours.

Yes but it should apply to US also. AMF bowling centers are the biggest chain worldwide and if you click the link locator you will find the US locations. The coupon should be just as good in the US as it is anywhere else. It does not have a lane location on it.
