I got these samples before, and this stuff is GREAT. Unfortunately, none of the stores around me carry it.

Oh, the Irony! A free sample that ACTUALLY swayed me to make a purchase, and none is available!
 
Not free, but relatively cheap:
Pour baking soda into the disposal, pour hot boiling vinegar (the foam will be created). Flush with hot water.
It works, and probably only costs $0.50
