Free Goody Bag - Slush Puppies

Did anyone have any trouble getting the page to load? I clicked "click here to join" but it won't load. I will try again tomorrow. Thanks for the post. I love slush puppies. I used to drink one after my softball games when I was a kid. I always got blue.
 
When I try to print the order form the page comes up as "action Cancelled" Anyone else have theis problem?
 
cost involved

Has anyone checked the prices to redeem your points. It cost $1.50 for the keychain, $2.50 for the water bottle & $13.75 for the t-shirt. Just wanted to let you know before you go crazy trying to download the form. It's not a lot of money, but personally not just worth it to me.
 
you need to read the form closer, it has a row for just using your points alone or you can use fewer points and send some money, I think its great i'm going to get the beach towel its 6 points plus 20.00 its too cute and my grandson just loves taking his bath with a cute beach towel so this will make a nice xmas gift!!
 
The order form still is not working for me. Could someone save the form and send it to me somehow?
