I've gotten batteries from them before, but I don't need any now as I bought a new aid from Sonus and get free batteries for 3 years!

That's odd, it was valid when I registered earlier. Bummer.
 
works just fine thanks...

as for the security certificate it pops up when you have your security level too high.
