I understand that I will be charged $4.99 shipping and handling to receive my free jewelry. As a member of the Jewelry Savings Plan, I will receive a new shipment of jewelry about every 30-40 days and my credit card will automatically be billed $19.99 plus $4.99 shipping and handling plus any applicable sales tax, subject to credit approval and terms of my credit card agreement. If I choose not to keep the item, I will return it and my credit card will be credited for the purchase. I also understand that I am under no obligation to purchase future shipments and if I am ever not completely satisfied, I can cancel my membership at any time.
